Concentrated inspection service
The vehicle and engine testing laboratory is equipped with 15 comprehensive engine test benches, which are equipped with advanced emission testing equipment such as AVL electric dynamometer, full-flow emission (CVS) analyzer, particle analyzer and particle counter from international manufacturers. These facilities can meet the development requirements for engines with displacement of 16L or less, including natural gas, gasoline and diesel engines, as well as after-treatment systems. A vehicle drive shaft test bench with a high and low temperature environment chamber and PEMS testing equipment is also available, capable of conducting vehicle drive shaft tests, high and low temperature environment tests (-40℃ to 60℃), vehicle thermal management tests, new energy range tests and PEMS tests. The comprehensive performance testing laboratory is equipped with environmental test chambers, waterproof and dustproof test benches, salt spray test benches, tensile and compression test benches, air tightness test benches, vibration test benches, thermal shock test benches, hydraulic fatigue life test benches, metal composition analyzers and NVH testing equipment, and possesses the capabilities for environmental, reliability, noise and other tests as well as CAE simulation analysis.
