It is equipped with a set of 48-inch vehicle exhaust manifold, an LD full-flow sampling system, a dual-channel direct sampling exhaust analyzer, and a high-low temperature environmental chamber ranging from -40℃ to 60℃, among other core equipment. 

The laboratory can conduct performance development and calibration matching tests for gasoline vehicles, diesel vehicles, hybrid fuel vehicles, hybrid power vehicles, and pure electric light vehicles, as well as tests for comparison, exhaust pollutant emission limit testing, high and low temperature tests, and vehicle thermal balance tests. The laboratory can meet the tests specified by the national standards of IV, V, VI, WLTP, C-WTVC and Chinese conditions, and can also meet the tests specified by customers according to their actual needs. In terms of emission testing, direct sampling, continuous dilution sampling, bag sampling, or a combination of several different sampling methods can be adopted. 

It is equipped with a 48-inch 4WD transfer case, allowing for both two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive vehicle tests. 

● Equipped with the LD CVS full-flow discharge system and dual-channel dilution sampling analyzer, it can provide the test report within 10 minutes after the test is completed. 

The dual-channel direct sampling analyzer works together with the tailpipe pressure control and dilution air measurement system, enabling the collection of vehicle calibration data on the rotor. 

Power analyzers, current clamps and a hybrid emissions cycle software package are available for conducting tests on various hybrid vehicles.

Vehicle and Engine Test Laboratory Management 

The engine laboratory began to operate the CNAS system in 2018. It strictly follows the requirements of the CNAS system to manage personnel, instruments and equipment, as well as the experimental procedures. 

Every year, tests are conducted against those of the national testing center and other institutions, such as the Chongqing Testing Center, Shangchai, and Suzhou Huaye, etc. 

To ensure that the laboratory staff can have a deeper understanding of the CNAS documents and implement the CNAS system, Kai Long High-tech regularly invites experts to conduct on-site training and explanations. 

In order to ensure the accuracy of the measurement equipment, Kailong Hi-tech has signed an annual framework agreement with the import equipment manufacturers, under which the equipment manufacturers will undertake in-depth annual maintenance work.
