Environmental experiment testing

With the rapid development of modern industrial technology, the application fields of electronic and electrical products have become increasingly extensive, and the environmental conditions they are exposed to have become increasingly complex and diverse. Therefore, conducting artificial simulation environmental tests on electrical and electronic products is an indispensable and crucial step in ensuring their high quality. 

Four high/low temperature alternating test chambers and one high/low temperature shock test chamber are available, which can quickly test the product's tolerance to extreme temperatures. They can meet the requirements of GBT_2423.22-2002 - Environmental Testing for Electrical and Electronic Products - Part 2. 

One IPX9K test chamber and one dust and sand test chamber are provided, which can meet the test requirements for the protection class of products as per GB/T4208-2017. 

One neutral salt spray test chamber, which can simulate the salt spray environment conditions to test the corrosion resistance performance of products or metal materials. It can meet the requirements of GB/T 10125-2021 for neutral salt spray tests. 

Two high/low temperature alternating test chambers, with a volume greater than 3000L, have a temperature range of -40 to 150℃. The other two high/low temperature alternating test chambers have volumes of 100L and 225L respectively, with temperature ranges of -50 to 150℃ and -40 to 150℃ respectively. The temperature change rate is 1℃ per minute. 

②. The capacity of the high and low temperature shock test chamber is 280L, and the temperature range is -50 to 300℃. 

③. The size of the test chamber in the salt spray test box is 1300*1000*1000mm. 

④. The size of the test chamber in the sand and dust testing box is 800*800*800mm. The wire diameter of the metal screen is 50μm and the wire spacing is 75μm. 

⑤ The working chamber size of the IPX9K test chamber is 1000*1000*1000mm. The water spraying flow rate is 14 - 16L/min. The rotation speed of the turntable is 5 ± 1 r/min. The spraying angles are 0°, 30°, 60°, and 90°.
